A simple way to make PDFs more dyslexia-friendly when displayed on screens. Note: this is not for printing purposes.
It changes the background to a cream colour and the foreground (e.g. text) to a dark blue colour. The same colours are used on the page you are reading.

Coloured screens have been suggested to help with Meares Irlen Syndrome / Scotopic Sensitivity / Visual Stress. However, some research has found that this condition and treatments still need more evidence.
